2023 Session, Private & Semi-Private, Beginner and up

Please contact me for the limited available time slots, private or semi-private options. Once you finish an introductory month, you will be able to continue on with classes from month to month. To cancel, I require two weeks notice before the upcoming month.

{BASIC INFO}
--Included with each class is the use of a sewing machine, patterns, and tools, including most fabric. (I provide a selection of fabrics for the beginner projects, but when the student has a different style, they should bring their own fabrics. When student is ready to start making clothing or choose their own projects, you will need to purchase your own fabrics in your style.)
--Class is held in my home studio. Address will be provided to registered & paid participants only, for the safety of all. (Create Sewing School is located in Scottsdale, Arizona near Cholla/68th St.)
--Please leave snacks in the car, water is ok. Please no younger siblings.
--If you are sick or have come in contact with those who are, please re-schedule. You will not be charged to reschedule if there is another opening available to fit you in.
--No refunds for no show.

{PAYMENT and REGISTRATION Steps}
Price is per person/each weekly class. $35 semi private option, $40 private, paid by the beginning of each month.

1--New students:
See the "Policies" tab below on the website and be familiar with them before reaching out for available sewing spots.
Please email me to see what time slots are available, when a time/date has been decided on, I will send you an invoice to pay and reserve your spot.

2--New students will need to fill out the student "info form" that I will send to your email. This form (#1), along with payment (#2), and agreement to policies (#3) (sent by email) will hold your time slot.

There is an email list (link at the bottom of the page) you can sign up to know when new openings becomes available. Spots do fill up fast from month to month and you can ask to be placed on a wait list. I work down the waitlist when spots become available. Some emails will go to your junk mail so please be sure to check there.

{CLASS INFO}
Offering weekly private lesson or semi-private.
For children ages 7 & up, teens, and adults.

No previous sewing experience is needed.

Each new student to sign up will begin with the machine intro and safety lessons. This generally takes two lessons to get through, or two hours.

After the intro month, students can then continue taking lessons month by month if they desire. Students will work on suggested projects at their level that will build upon their skills. We will work at student's own pace.
Project completion will depend on each individual student and their sewing ability, and time management (ability to focus). Some may take one class, others may take several weekly classes to finish.

*Sample projects could include: pajama shorts/pants, messenger bags or purses, stuffed squishies, Pillow case, apron, doll clothes and blankets, bookmarks, zipper pouch, clothing items, quilting, holiday themed items, and many more appropriate for your skill level and what you want to work on.
